1. VIEW THE SPACE

We offer a curation of some of the best professional photography studios in Houston. Each space provides unique options. What may work for one production may not for another. Once you know which space works best for you, proceed to step 2.

2. check availability

Once you've decided on a specific studio, check their online calendar for a date/time that works best for your project. Typically this calendar provides the most accurate availability information for each space. After you have selected a time and date, proceed to step 3.

3. Submit inquiry

Each studio has their own contact form that will provide their team with important information about your requested date, time, and the scope of your project. Submission will timestamp your request and tentatively places your specific request on their calendar.

4. comfirmation

Once you have submitted your request, we ask for 24 - 48 hours for processing. Please do not plan your project in the space until you have received direct confirmation from the studio as your booking is not considered complete until then.

common questions

Do you allow tours?

Yes, of course! Please give us a call on the phone (281-910-5674) to schedule a viewing. Our schedule changes quite frequently and we have found that a real time conversation is the best way to find a time and date that works for our clients.

What all is included?

Any and all professional photography equipment that we have in stock is free for you to use. All of our Profoto mount lighting modifiers are free to use should you want to bring in your own lights. Please check out our full equipment list for more information.

What is NOt included?

The only items that we charge additional for are our Profoto B1 and B10 kits. We have two kits available, a three light Profoto B1 kit and a two light Profoto B10 kit. Each run $30/hr.

How do I book?

Booking our studio is fairly simple. Once you have decided on the Modern or Warehouse studios, simply view our calendar to find an open time and date. Fill our our contact form with that information and we will start the booking process. Please refrain from scheduling our space with clients until you have received a written response from us that your booking is confirmed.

Can i Arrive early?

When selecting a rental duration during the booking process, please consider the arrival, set-up, and break-down times of your project. To keep prices competitive, we do not allow early arrival and required that all clients be walking out the door at the end of their scheduled rental time.

How many guests?

When possible, we request that guest count is limited to 15 persons per studio or 30 combined. Exceeding this guest limit requires expressed (written) consent by a team member. Events not related to photography and other large productions exceeding this guest count may require an event booking through our event brand.

do you allow video?

We are an advertised still-photography studio and reserve the right to decline any video production request. We are not a dedicated video sound stage and cannot guarantee the audio quality captured within our space due to outside ambient noise. Video productions where no audio is being recorded are welcomed without any hesitation.

Do you allow boudoir?

Yes, boudoir session are allowed without any interference from other renters. However, the studio reserves the right to have a team member on site at all times.

is food allowed?

We have no issues with clients catering food or simply bringing in a lunch during their project. We only ask that any messes be cleaned prior to the end of your scheduled time. We DO NOT allow the consumption of alcohol without PRIOR expressed (written) consent by a team member.

can I Add more time?

As photographers, we understand that sessions can run longer than expected. If there are no rentals following your scheduled appointment, additional time can be added so long as the team member is available to accommodate the request.

How do i cancel?

OUTSIDE 72 HOURS: A client may reschedule a confirmed booking and have their *retainer credited for a future date.

INSIDE 72 HOURS: A client may not reschedule a confirmed booking without forfeiting their *retainer.

ADDITIONAL MONEY PAID: Any balances in excess of the *retainer will be refunded regardless of the cancelation/rescheduling window.

Offer discounts?

Yes! We often offer discounts for registered non-profit entities as well as photography education related use. Additionally, we are occasionally interested periodically sponsoring productions as well. Please include this information in your inquiry to inform us and we may be able to help!
