In 2013, two months after opening, The Houston Rental Studio received a request from Fabulous Magazine for a cover photoshoot with One Direction. Fabulous' team utilized the 2001 Commerce studio location for their publication which included a cover image and story in their August of 2013 edition.

Later that year a call was received from Cepheid (TB Testing) for a marketing campaign partnering with the American Lung Associate. Paul Jr. Designs created a custom designed/built motorcycle to help further their exposure and marketing efforts. This project was also created in the 2001 Commerce studio location.

Lorde / 2014
Taking place in 2014, Fashion Magazine's project with multiple Grammy Award winner, Lorde took place at the 110 Main studio location. Legend has it the article included a $30,000 hand beaded dress. In fact, it was no legend. The dress shown was in fact just that, a small fortune. Additionally, this artist is NOT afraid of spiders!
